A Balqees subscription is a recurring delivery plan that allows you to receive your favourite Balqees products automatically, at a fixed frequency, at a preferential price. By subscribing, you agree to a minimum commitment period to ensure you receive the full benefit of your plan.
To participate in the Balqees subscription programme, customers must complete a minimum commitment period before being eligible to cancel through the self-service portal.
The commitment period exists to ensure you receive the full benefit of the subscription and to allow the programme to operate sustainably. You will be notified before each billing cycle via email and/or SMS.
We respect your consumer rights under UAE Federal Law and GCC standards. The following cancellation rights apply:

✓Cooling-off period: You have a 7-day cooling-off period from the date of your very first subscription order. If you cancel within this window and the order has not yet been dispatched, you are entitled to a full refund with no penalty.

✓Self-service portal cancellation: After completing 3 successful subscription cycles, you may cancel at any time through your account portal, with no additional charges.

✓Manual cancellation (early): If you wish to cancel before completing 3 cycles, you may contact our customer care team directly. Early cancellation requests are handled on a case-by-case basis and are subject to review.

✓Exceptional circumstances: Cancellations due to medical conditions, relocation outside the GCC, or verifiable personal hardship will be reviewed compassionately and resolved within 5 business days.
The following refund terms apply specifically to subscription orders:

✓7-day cooling-off (undispatched): Full refund to original payment method within 5–7 business days.

✓Damaged or incorrect items: Full replacement or refund, regardless of which cycle the order is in. Please report within 48 hours of delivery with photo evidence.

✓Order already dispatched (within cooling-off): Refund processed after item is returned to us in original, unopened condition. Return shipping is covered by Balqees.

✕Cancellation after cycle 3+ (already dispatched): No refund is issued for orders that have been dispatched. Cancellation applies to future deliveries only.
Subscription deliveries are scheduled every 28 days from the date of your first successful order. You will receive a reminder notification 3 days before each billing date so you are never charged unexpectedly.

If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address or unavailability, we will make one additional attempt. Failure after two attempts will result in the order being returned. A replacement will be dispatched at no additional cost if the error was on our part.
Subscription products are offered at a pre-negotiated preferential price. As a result, the following discount rules apply:

✕Standard discount codes are not applicable to subscription products by default. This is because subscriptions are already priced below our standard retail rate.

✓Subscription-specific promotions may be offered from time to time and will be communicated via email. These will be applied automatically to eligible orders.

✓Total order discounts configured specifically to apply to subscription orders will work as intended, if activated by Balqees.
To protect the integrity of the subscription programme and ensure fairness for all customers, the following fair use policy is in effect:

✕Immediate re-subscription after early cancellation: Customers who cancel before completing the 3-cycle minimum period will be subject to a cooling-off restriction before they can re-subscribe to the same product.

✓Standard re-subscription: Customers who complete the minimum 3-cycle commitment before cancelling may re-subscribe at any time without restriction.

✕Abuse prevention: Repeated early cancellations may result in subscription privileges being suspended. We reserve the right to review accounts and restrict access where systematic abuse of the programme is identified.

Step One: Finding an item and adding to your shopping bag
Find the item you desire by either going through the category pages, or using on-site search.
Once you've found the product you want, select the size and then click "add to bag".
You can either rollover a product image and click on the Quickshop button and then click "add to bag", or for additional product information, click on the product name or 'view details' link. From the product detail page select add to bag" to place the item in your bag.
You will be able to increase or decrease the quantity in your shopping bag.
Step Two: The shopping bag
When you've finished shopping, click the shopping bag icon found on each page. The shopping bag is where you check if the products in your bag are correct, and have the option to change the quantities you're ordering.
To continue to purchase, click the checkout button.
Step Three: Order details
The next page will ask you to sign in, or register (if you have not already done so), and then provide billing and delivery address
details. If you have already saved these in your Account Profile you won't have to fill them out again. Here you will also be asked to choose one of our five delivery options, and have the option to gift-wrap your order. You can also select the multiship option to arrange for parts of your order to be sent to any address of your choice.
Step Four: Confirmation
Once you've confirmed your order you will see a confirmation page that gives you your unique reference number and the total sum deducted from your credit or debit card account. You can print this page for your reference, or alternatively wait until you receive this information in an order confirmation email. The email will show all details of items purchased, delivery addresses, delivery options and packaging options, which you can keep

View Bag
Click on the shopping bag icon to display your shopping bag with the list of the items selected for purchase, the selected quantities of each, and the total cost of the purchase. You may remove items or change the quantities ordered in this area.
Deleting Items from your Shopping Bag
If you wish to delete an item in your Shopping Bag, simply go to “View Bag” and select the "Remove" link below the product name. The item will be removed from your shopping bag.
Applying an Offer Code
To successfully apply an offer code to your order, you will need to be signed into your online account with email address and password.Before entering your offer code, please fully read the Terms & Conditions associated with the offer/promotion, to ensure that your order meets the qualifying terms to be applied.Only one offer code may be used per order and offer codes cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers, including but not limited to sale items, new launches, gift sets, limited editions.NOTE: Offers cannot be applied to orders placed outside of the qualifying promotional dates. Any orders placed before the start, and after the expiry of the offer, will not qualify for the offer.
