Delivery in the UAE
- Dubai: free delivery on all orders.
- Other emirates (Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Umm Al Quwain, Ras Al Khaimah and Fujairah): AED 30, or free on orders of AED 500 or more.
Orders placed before 5 pm on a working day are delivered the next working day in Dubai and Abu Dhabi, and within 2–3 working days to the other emirates. Orders placed after 5 pm, or on weekends and UAE public holidays, are processed on the next working day.
UAE orders are delivered by the Balqees delivery team. The person receiving the order may be asked to sign for it, so please make sure someone is available at the delivery address.
International delivery
We ship to selected countries with DHL. The delivery cost is calculated at checkout based on your address and order. Once your order is dispatched, we'll email you a tracking number. Import duties or taxes may be charged by the destination country and are the customer's responsibility.
Delays and problems
We do our best to deliver on time, but we can't be held responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control. If there is a problem with your delivery, we'll contact you. If your order arrives damaged, please see our Returns & Refunds policy.
