Delivery Information

Delivery within 1 to 3 working days.

All Orders must be placed by 5 pm for next day standard delivery in Dubai and Abu Dhabi (2-3 working days).

Free delivery on all orders only in Dubai.

Rules & Restrictions

-All UAE orders are delivered by Balqees Delivery Team. -All International orders are shipped through DHL.

-We will deliver the goods in accordance with the delivery option selected by you during the order process.

-For International orders, once your order is confirmed, you will receive an email confirmation with your order number. Once it has been processed and is shipped, you will receive an email updating you on the order's status and your unique tracking number. This can be used to track the shipment directly with DHL, who will get in touch with you to schedule the delivery.

-All orders require a signature upon delivery. To ensure secure and undamaged delivery of your order, our delivery company will not be able to leave your order 'hidden' at the address.

-Our courier does not operate on Saturday & Sunday. If you wish to receive your purchase on a Friday (Dubai Only), please place your order before 4 pm on a Thursday to ensure timely delivery.

-We will take all reasonable care to deliver to the address given. However, we will not be liable for non-delivery or misdelivery as a result of incorrect data entry.

-The standard delivery time in UAE is between 1 to 3 business days. This service is for all orders.

Please note that when placing your online orders for delivery during the Holiday season (e.g. Eid Al-Fitr, Eid Al-Adha, Hijri Day, National Day), shipments may experience additional processing days. All orders to Dubai and Abu Dhabi are processed and shipped within 2-4 business days in addition to the Public Holiday Period. All orders to Ajman, Umm Al Quwain, Sharjah, Ras Al Khaimah, and Fujairah are processed and shipped within 3-4 business days in addition to the Public Holiday Period.
