These terms apply to your use of www.balqees.com and to all orders placed with Balqees Honey, a brand of Intellectual Capital Arabia General Trading LLC, Dubai, United Arab Emirates ("Balqees", "we", "us", "our"). By using the website or placing an order, you agree to them.

All credit/debit card details and personally identifiable information will NOT be stored, sold, shared, rented or leased to any third parties. Balqees will NOT deal with or provide any services or products to any OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) sanctioned countries, in accordance with the law of the UAE.

Acknowledgement of order

Once you have placed your order, you will receive an Acknowledgement of Order by email with the details of your order. This acknowledgement is not an acceptance of your order. After sending it, we carry out our usual security and anti-fraud checks before processing your order.

Confirmation of order

When your order is dispatched, following completion of our anti-fraud and security checks, we will send you a Confirmation of Order by email. The Confirmation of Order is our acceptance of your order and creates a binding sales contract.

Registration

To use some features of this website you will need to register. The information you provide must be true, accurate, current and complete. If any of it changes, please let us know at info@balqees.com. Your account password should be unique and kept secure, and you must tell us immediately about any unauthorised use of your account.

Eligibility to purchase

To buy on the website you need to provide your real name, phone number, email address and other requested details, and payment details that you confirm are valid and belong to you. We may restrict multiple quantities of an item shipped to one customer or address. By placing an order, you authorise us, where we consider it necessary, to verify your identity and payment details and to carry out appropriate anti-fraud checks.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in UAE dirhams (AED) unless another currency is selected. We accept the payment methods shown at checkout, such as debit and credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal and Tabby (pay later).

Subscriptions

Subscription orders renew automatically at the frequency you choose until you pause or cancel them. See our Subscription Policy for details.

Returns, refunds and cancellations

Returns, refunds and cancellations are handled according to our Returns & Refunds policy. Refunds are made only to the original payment method. Delivery terms are set out in our Shipping policy.

Products

Some products may be available only online or in limited quantities. Honey is a natural product, so its colour, texture and flavour can vary between harvests, and your screen may not show colours exactly. We may limit sales of any product to any person, region or jurisdiction, limit quantities, change product descriptions and prices without notice, and discontinue any product at any time. Any offer made on this website is void where prohibited.

Product information

Information on this website is for general information only and is not medical advice. Raw honey is not suitable for babies under 12 months. If you are pregnant, diabetic, have allergies or a medical condition, please speak to a healthcare professional before use.

Law and jurisdiction

These terms, and any contract for the purchase of products through our website, are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them is subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the UAE. The United Arab Emirates is our country of domicile.

General

  • Persons under the age of 18 may not register as users of this website or make transactions on it.
  • When you pay on our website, your payment details are sent directly to our payment provider over a secure connection.
  • The cardholder should keep a copy of transaction records and of these terms and policies.
  • We may change these terms from time to time. Your use of the website after a change means you accept the updated terms. We may also change, add, move or remove parts of the website without notice.
