Different honey varieties make an interesting tasting collection. Start with a few clearly identified origins and compare how they work with the foods you enjoy, rather than buying on rarity claims alone.
Sidr from different places
Sidr is a floral description, not a country. Our range includes Yemeni Sidr and Emirati Sidr, with origin stated on the product. Yemeni Sidr Do’ani is associated with Wadi Doan and has caramel and butterscotch tasting notes in our description. Do not apply those notes automatically to every Sidr variety.
Yemeni wildflower
Wildflower honey reflects a mixture of floral sources. Its seasonal character makes it useful to compare with a more specifically named floral honey. Try it in plain yoghurt or tea and notice which aromas remain after the sweetness.

White Mountain from Kyrgyzstan
Our White Mountain honey comes from Kyrgyzstan. Its pale, creamy character offers a texture contrast with more fluid honeys. It belongs in a world honey collection, not a list of Yemeni origins.
Make a simple tasting flight
Serve small equal portions at the same temperature, label each origin and use separate spoons. Taste without food first, then with the same bread or cheese. Record aroma, texture and finish. You may prefer different honeys for different meals.
Limited availability can reflect harvest and supply, but rare does not prove purity, superior nutrition or treatment value. Check current product information for origin, ingredients and sizes. A clearly documented ordinary harvest is more informative than an unsupported superlative.
