Balqees Ginseng Fusion and Black Seed Fusion share a Yemeni Sidr Do’ani honey base. The difference is the added ingredient, so compare the complete labels and the flavour you want rather than a promise of energy or immune protection.
Black Seed Fusion
This blend contains crushed black seed with the honey. The seeds give an earthy character and a texture you can notice when eating it. Try a little in plain yoghurt or on toast, and follow the product’s instruction to stir before use.
Black seed mixed into honey is not the same as black seed oil. A study of a measured oil or extract cannot tell you the effect of an unspecified spoonful of this blend.

Ginseng Fusion
This combines honey with ginseng. Check the product label for ingredients and directions, and ask for more detail if you need the type or quantity of the herbal ingredient. It should not be chosen as a guaranteed treatment for tiredness or concentration problems.
Herbal ingredients can be unsuitable with some medicines or health conditions. Ask a pharmacist about the exact blend if that applies to you, and seek advice before herbal use during pregnancy or breastfeeding.
Decide by the food you will enjoy
Compare small portions with the same breakfast food. If you want the flavour of honey alone, plain Sidr Do’ani is a separate option. Neither fusion becomes sugar-free because it contains seeds or herbs, and there is no universal therapeutic spoonful to recommend. Keep ingredient labels with gifts so recipients can make their own informed choice.
